Bush Commutes Sentences for Two Former Border Patrol Agents
Now...can someone tell me again WHY they were in prison in the first place?

I am glad that Bush commuted their sentence, but am disappointed that he did not grant them a full pardon. These two men were imprisoned for doing nothing but their duty.
I agree Sal, they should've been fully pardoned. It makes me giggle to watch the border control recruitment commercials these days. "Join us...only to be arrested for doing your job."
It'll probably only get worse.
and by "they" I mean W. Didn't mean to write "they." (oops)
